Who stays in my property?
Contractors, corporate and professional guests, usually on stays of several weeks or months. We don't accept party or holiday bookings.
What happens if something's damaged?
Guests are vetted before booking, and the property is cleaned and checked regularly. The agreement sets out clearly who is responsible for what before anything starts.
Do I need permission from my mortgage lender or insurer?
Usually, yes. Most mortgages and landlord policies require consent for this kind of arrangement. We'll talk you through what to check before anything is agreed.
How long is the agreement?
It depends on the option and the property. We'll agree a term that works for both of us, so you know exactly where you stand.
